About Me

My story

My name is Miriam Seble... a travel enthusiast who has spent the past 8 years exploring Ethiopia across different landscapes, cultures, and communities. I have traveled in groups, solo, and also organized journeys for others.

My love for nature is what started it all. I wanted to truly discover what my country looks and feels like beyond the surface. And what I found was something beautiful Ethiopia is not just a destination, it is a feeling.

Once I began exploring, it became something deeper almost an addiction I couldn't stop. Every place I visited shaped me, changed me, and slowly turned me into a storyteller.

Ethiopia became more than a place I travel through it became the emotion I carry.

When I decided to start welcoming clients from around the world, I was deeply excited. Because now I get to share what I have been experiencing for the past 8 years not just the places, but the feeling of Ethiopia itself.

Stories of Adventure

I don't even know where to begin...

Traveling changed me. It turned me into a storyteller. And out of all the stories I carry, this is one I'll never forget.
I decided to go on my first solo camping trip in Menagesha Suba Forest .. one of the oldest forests in Africa.

The park assigned me a scout, Abebe, a kind older man who took care of me from the start. But as we began hiking to our campsite, my mind started racing...

Did I make the right decision?

Even though Ethiopia is safe, it's not something you often see, a woman camping alone in the forest. And my thoughts... went everywhere.
When he asked me questions, I couldn't admit I was alone. I told him a friend would join me later.

But he noticed my nervousness

Instead of questioning me, he started sharing his story, about losing his wife, raising his children alone, and spending years protecting the forest he deeply loves.
Then he told me something that quietly changed everything.

I wasn't the first woman to camp there. Two other women, both foreigners, had done it before, and he had guided them too.

In that moment, something shifted.

I felt safe. I felt calm. I felt like I belonged there.

That trip became one of the most authentic and unforgettable experiences of my life.

Before I left, I thanked him deeply. And to this day, we are still in touch.

Sometimes the moments that scare you the most... become the ones that change you the most.
